Bill Nichol (R-NE)

Bill Nichol served as Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska from 1987-1991. He previously served in the Nebraska State Legislature, on the Scotts Bluff County Commission, as Mayor of Scottsbluff, and on the Scottsbluff City Council. He identified as a Republican. He died in 2006.
