Bob Smith (R-OR)

Bob Smith represented Oregon’s 2nd Congressional District from 1997-1999. He previously served a separate period in the U.S. House of Representatives, in the Oregon State Senate, and in the Oregon State House of Representatives. He identified as a Republican. He died in 2020.
