Cecil Partee (D-Cook County)

Cecil Partee served as State’s Attorney of Cook County from 1989-1990. He previously served as Treasurer of Cook County, in the Illinois State Senate, and in the Illinois State House of Representatives. He identified as a Democrat. He died in 1994.
