James Harvey (R-MI)

James Harvey represented Michigan’s 8th Congressional District from 1961-1974. He previously served as Mayor of Saginaw, on the Saginaw County Board of Supervisors, and on the Saginaw City Council. He identified as a Republican. He died in 2019.
