James Van Zandt (R-PA)

James Van Zandt represented Pennsylvania’s 20th Congressional District (previously the 22nd Congressional District) from 1947-1963. He previously served a separate period in the U.S. House of Representatives. He identified as a Republican. He died in 1986.
