John Jarman (R-OK)

John Jarman represented Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District from 1951-1977. He previously served in Oklahoma State Senate and in the Oklahoma State House of Representatives. He identified as a Republican but identified as a Democrat before 1975. He died in 1982.
