Lloyd Kincaid (D-WI)

Lloyd Kincaid served in the Wisconsin State Senate from 1983-1990. He previously served in the Wisconsin State Assembly, on the Forest County Board of Supervisors, and on the Crandon City Council. He identified as a Democrat but identified as a Republican before 1977. He died in 2007.
