Norris Cotton (R-NH)

Norris Cotton represented New Hampshire in the U.S. Senate in 1975. He previously served a separate period in the U.S. Senate, in the U.S. House of Representatives, and two separate periods in the New Hampshire State House of Representatives. He identified as a Republican. He died in 1989.
