Jack Kemp (R-NY)

Jack Kemp represented New York’s 31st Congressional District (previously the 38th and 39th Congressional Districts) from 1971-1989. He later served as U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. He identified as a Republican. He died in 2009.
