Tom Lewis represented Florida’s 16th Congressional District (previously the 12th Congressional District) from 1983-1995. He previously served in the Florida State Senate, the Florida State House of Representatives, as Mayor of North Palm Beach, and on the North Palm Beach City Council. He identified as a Republican. He died in 2003.
