Wayne Hays (D-OH)

Wayne Hays served in the Ohio State House of Representatives from 1979-1980. He previously served in the U.S. House of Representatives, in the Ohio State Senate, and as Mayor of Flushing. He identified as a Democrat. He died in 1989.
