William Jennings Bryan Dorn represented South Carolina’s 3rd Congressional District from 1951-1974. He previously served a separate period in the U.S. House of Representatives, in the South Carolina State Senate, and in the South Carolina State House of Representatives. He identified as a Democrat. He died in 2005.
