Winston Prouty (R-VT)

Winston Prouty represented Vermont in the U.S. Senate from 1959-1971. He previously served in the U.S. House of Representatives, in the Vermont State House of Representatives, as Mayor of Newport, and on the Newport City Council. He identified as a Republican. He died in 1971.
